Jacqueline Di Cillo

Jacqueline Di Cillo is a business operations and human resources professional with several years of experience working for large healthcare systems, recruitment firms and her family-owned services business.

Most recently, Jacqueline held the role of Office Manager for Di Cillo Services where she was responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable; recruiting and interviewing; and overseeing administrative support for vendor communications and customer relations. She also assisted with digital marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s website and social media presence.

Prior to Di Cillo Services, Jacqueline held the role of Recruitment Associate for Talent Acquisition at The Cleveland Clinic where she was the onboarding subject matter expert for all domestic Cleveland Clinic Foundation locations. While there, she facilitated ~6000 new hire caregiver onboarding appointments annually. Additionally, she supported quality assurance and compliance initiatives, clinic-wide process improvement projects and provided launch and training support for new locations and programs.

She also worked for The Select Group as an Associate Delivery Manager responsible for sourcing, interviewing and onboarding technical consultants for the company’s many clients.  She gained additional experience in research and data management during her internship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. 

Jacqueline earned her BS degree in Health / Health Services Administration from Ohio University.
